PAYMENT
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.nl or PayPal.com. All Dutch bank & giro accounts can be hooked up to PayPal within 2 business days with the easy setup process. If you don't have a PayPal account we accept bank transfers within The Netherlands. For additional information about bank transfers please contact us. With time we will also accept iDeal payments within the Netherlands.

PLEASE NOTE: if you pay with an e-cheque via PayPal your order will not ship until payment has cleared. This can take up to 10 days, so please order ahead of time if you need your order by a certain date.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
You no longer need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal. If you are a Dutch customer and you prefer to pay through a bank transfer please email us your order.


How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

SHIPPING
Processing your order
Processing your order takes 1-2 business days. We normally ship the next business day. Packages are shipped from Monday - Friday between 12.00 PM - 16.00 PM.

Free worldwide Shipping
All purchases above €100 (*excluding shipping) will be shipped to you free of charge. Just place your order and enter 'FREESHIPINT' at check-out!

Shipping within The Netherlands
Shipping within the Netherlands is done by Post NL. This costs €7.50 per order and usually takes up to 2 business days.

International shipping
International shipping costs €9.50 per order to all destinations. This is done by Post NL and usually takes up to 7-10 business days.

Do you ship to a different address than the one registered to my PayPal account?
Yes, we can ship to a different address in the Netherlands, not internationally. When checking out with PayPal be sure to confirm the address where your package should be shipped to. If there is no other address we'll use the address registered to your PayPal account.

Is my package insured and traceable?
Yes, your package is insured and traceable. You will have to sign for it when receiving.

How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be packaged & shipped to you in a cotton-filled jewelry box tied with a ribbon. They are "gift-ready" for yourself or a friend. If you would like to have your package shipped as a gift, let us know and we'll leave out the invoice.

Customs
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM A FOREIGN COUNTRY, YOU MAY BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEE'S BY CUSTOMS WHEN THEY ARRIVE IN YOUR COUNTRY.


RETURNS & REPAIRS
We take great pride in our reputation & quality. We stand behind our products.
If you are not completely happy we offer exchanges on most items, unless this item is custom made for you. For reasons of hygiene, earrings cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty. We have an exchange-only policy. We do not offer refunds. The item can be sent back unworn & in the original packaging. Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the item if you would like to make an exchange. From that point on the item must be sent back to us within 7 business days. Items will not be accepted for exchanges outside of this period. The buyer is responsible for return shipping both ways. Please send us the package insured & traceable to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Please include a copy of the invoice. **PLEASE NOTE: due to special pricing all sales on events, shows and jewelry partys are final.**

What if something breaks during the shipping process?
Our packaging if very sturdy, but if the item breaks during the shipping process we will exchange the item for a new one. Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the item. The item must be postmarked for an exchange within 7 business days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping to Jewelry by Nadine Calor. We'll take care of return shipping to you. Please send us the package insured & traceable to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Please include a copy of the invoice.

Repairs
We do repairs on all our jewelry. We don't do repairs on jewelry that's not ours. The cost of the repair will vary on a case by case basis. Contact us to get an estimate. The buyer is responsible for return shipping both ways. Please send the package to the address above & mark it "Repairs" instead of "Returns".

Guarantee
We warrant the soundness of the goods delivered. This guarantee will apply only if the defects manifest themselves within one month after delivery. The guarantee will apply in respect of mirror deviations in the qualities, finish and/or soundness of the goods delivered that are deemed admissible or are technically unavoidable. The guarantee will apply only to defects of which the customer proves that they are the result of a defective construction or of defective materials under normal circumstances and for the purpose for which they are intended.
