Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely happy we offer exchanges on most items, unless this item is custom made for you. For reasons of hygiene, earrings cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty. We have an exchange-only policy. We do not offer refunds. The item can be sent back unworn & in the original packaging. Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the item if you would like to make an exchange. From that point on the item must be sent back to us within 7 business days. Items will not be accepted for exchanges outside of this period. The buyer is responsible for return shipping both ways. Please send us the package insured & traceable to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Please include a copy of the invoice. **PLEASE NOTE: due to special pricing all sales on events, shows and jewelry parties are final.**

What if something breaks during the shipping process?

Our packaging if very sturdy, but if the item breaks during the shipping process we will exchange the item for a new one. Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the item. The item must be postmarked for an exchange within 7 business days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping to Jewelry by Nadine Calor. We’ll take care of return shipping to you. Please send us the package insured & traceable to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Please include a copy of the invoice.

Repairs

We do repairs on all our jewelry. We don’t do repairs on jewelry that’s not ours. The cost of the repair will vary on a case by case basis. The best would be to send us some photo’s to get an estimate. Contact us, before sending us the jewelry to get an estimate. The buyer is responsible for return shipping both ways. Please send the package to the address above & mark it “Repairs” instead of “Returns”.

Guarantee

We warrant the soundness of the goods delivered. This guarantee will apply only if the defects manifest themselves within one month after delivery. The guarantee will apply in respect of mirror deviations in the qualities, finish and/or soundness of the goods delivered that are deemed admissible or are technically unavoidable. The guarantee will apply only to defects of which the customer proves that they are the result of a defective construction or of defective materials under normal circumstances and for the purpose for which they are intended.
