My order won’t go through. What should I do?

I need to change something on my order. How can I do this?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
We generally process orders within 2-4 hours, but once we have shipped your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
I just placed my order. Can I add another item to it?
We can add items to an existing order. Please contact us to do this for you. We’ll be happy to waive shipping if your first order was not shipped yet.
I’m in love with something that’s out of stock! What can I do?
Some items can sell out quickly, but we may get more soon!
Contact us to find out if the item will be back in stock or not.
Where is my order confirmation?
You will receive an email ‘Order Confirmation’ to the email address you entered within 12 hours. If for some reason, you do not receive an email within 12 hours, please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list.
